The Culinary Journey Continues with Chef Walter Staib
Chef Walter Staib travels to the Sandals Grande St. Lucian Spa & Beach Resort to visit with resident Executive Chef, Roger Meier, and see what's on the menu at Sandals' exclusive Gordon's restaurant.
Recognized as one of Sandals’ most palate pleasing and romantic restaurants in the Caribbean, Gordon’s offers guests an unforgettable meal that will satisfy all the senses beyond that of taste. From unprecedented views of Rodney Bay’s sparkling lights to true, ocean-side dining that breathes sounds of crashing waves, Gordon’s is the perfect end to a luxurious day at Sandals Grande St. Lucian Spa & Beach Resort.
At this very scenic location, a pier over-looking the Caribbean Sea, Sandals Grande St. Lucia’s Executive Chef Roger is joined by Chef Walter Staib as he prepares one of Gordon’s most mouthwatering signature dishes, the “"Rack of Lamb served on Sauteed Mediterranean Vegetables.”
