Brendaline Doxon-Xavier from the Soon Come Back Department at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa was named Sandals Resorts International’s Ultimate Team Member of the Year for 2013. 

We recently held our 5th Annual Ultimate Awards ceremony at Sandals Grande Riviera Beach & Villa Golf Resort, where we were proud to honor some of our finest employees.  The nominees included one employee from each of the resorts in Jamaica, Antigua, Saint Lucia, the Bahamas, and Turks & Caicos.

The Ultimate Team Member of the Year Award was presented by our Chairman Gordon “Butch” Stewart and our CEO Adam Stewart, who both lauded Brendaline for her outstanding work and contribution to the company. Brendaline, who has been working with the company for six years, was elated to receive the top honor and could barely find the words to convey her gratitude. A favorite among guests and fellow team members, Brendaline has become known for her likeable personality and her goal to make every Sandals guest a returning guest.

The CEO also praised all the nominees for their immense value to the company telling them, “It is all of our team members that execute our vision and make our customers come back year after year. Our team members are the reason we’ve been voted world’s best 20 years in a row.”
