Steve Harvey & Sandals Plan Couple’s 20th Wedding Anniversary
It’s the “Season of Surprises” on Steve Harvey! In this episode featuring Sandals’ Love Nest Suites, Nitza and Chris, a New Jersey couple, looking forward to celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary, join Steve Harvey for an unforgettable vacation planning session. Nitza says she loves her husband, but he’s a total control freak! When it comes to surprises, Chris admits, “I hate them.” When the couple goes out to eat, Chris chooses the restaurant, the table they sit at and what they order. He even planned 95% of their wedding, only letting Nitza choose her dress and the bridesmaid’s dresses.
With the help of Steve Harvey, an experiment is set up to test Chris’ ability to relinquish control, by letting Nitza plan every detail of a romantic Sandals Luxury Included® Vacation. Chris is an adventure buff, who plans all of the couple’s vacations to ensure everything is perfect. Chris says, he doesn’t let Nitza do any planning, so he won’t have to blame her if anything goes wrong.
Nitza is tired of the adventure themed vacations and is desperate to surprise her husband with a romantic getaway for their anniversary before he catches wind of it. Following the planning session, Steve Harvey surprised the couple with a romantic 4-night Luxury Included® Vacation in a Love Nest Suite, including Butler Service at Sandals LaSource Grenada Resort & Spa. The couple also received a private candlelit dinner on the beach and a Night Blooming Jasmine couples massage at the Red Lane® Spa.
