Roger Pierre-Louis, a butler employed at Sandals La Toc Golf & Resort, was chosen from a field of 22 nominees to receive the top honor. A favorite among guests and fellow team members, Pierre Louis’ respectful and humble manner has earned him many fans. He is a devoted butler who strives to go beyond even the wildest expectations of his guests. 

“This means everything to me,” said honoree Roger Pierre-Louis about his award. “Words cannot express how I feel. It’s like I’ve won an Oscar. This is a motivation and an inspiration, it’s the drive I needed. I see myself going places and living my dreams.”
