Sandals Emerald Bay Opens Three New Restaurants
Sandals Emerald Bay, located in the blue waters of Great Exuma, has opened three new restaurants as part of its 5-Star Global Gourmet dining program, bringing the total number of dining options to 11.
The new restaurants include Bombay Club, Sandals' latest Indian restaurant concept offering a colorful setting inspired by India’s Festival of Colors. Serving traditional Indian dishes such as Butter Chicken, Lamb Samosas, and Chicken Tiika, Bombay Club brings a delicious and authentic taste of India to the Caribbean.
A Sandals Resort favorite, Kimonos, is a lively Japanese restaurant where the chefs cook right in front of you. Serving dinner and a show, Kimonos boasts mouthwatering cuisine prepared by skillful chefs who entertain with tricks while cooking on an iron, flat surface grill. Serving up cuisines of the Far East using exotic spices and perfectly grilled delights, enjoy dishes like teriyaki beef, orange chicken with sake sauce, and garlic-ginger shrimp, palatable salads, soups, and beef gyozas.
Soy, a sushi bar restaurant amid the great ambiance of cherry blossoms and a Japanese night sky, serving traditional and contemporary sushi rolls as well as house offers with exciting flavors and exotic sushi creations made-to-order. Enjoy a nightcap, pre-dinner cocktail, sushi and saki amid the great ambience.
