Sandals Resorts Hosts CMT After Midnite’s ‘Story Behind The Songs’ Concert In The Bahamas With Headliner Jason Aldean
Sandals Resorts will welcome country music fans June 13th-16th to Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, Bahamas for the resort company’s Story Behind the Songs concert event, featuring top country music artists Jason Aldean and Dustin Lynch. As part of Sandals Resorts’ LIV+ Events program, which offers vacationers unique limited edition events, Story Behind the Songs is a concert series in partnership with Premiere Networks’ nationally-syndicated Country radio program CMT After MidNite with Cody Alan that showcases intimate acoustic performances in paradise from top music artists.
Hosted by CMT’s award-winning country radio and television personality Cody Alan, the four-day getaway in the Bahamas will include live performances on the beach from Broken Bow Records’ award-winning artist Jason Aldean and platinum-selling star Dustin Lynch. These intimate beachside performances will feature the artists’ personal stories, from the inspiration behind the music to memories from the road, and will be broadcast live from paradise on CMT After MidNite with Cody Alan and on 14 other popular country radio stations from across the nation.
In an effort to improve the lives of those in the Caribbean, proceeds from the purchase of exclusive LIV + packages to Story Behind the Songs (available for purchase before travel or on site), along with t-shirt sales and a silent auction at the event, will be donated to the Sandals Foundation, the resort company’s 501c3 non-profit organization that funds projects in three core areas: community, education and the environment. In total, Story Behind the Songs has raised over $18k for the Sandals Foundation, of which 100% of the proceeds benefited local educational programs in the Caribbean.
Earlier this month CMT After MidNite hosted by Cody Alan kicked off the fun by giving a lucky listener the chance to win a four-day/three-night stay for two to Story Behind the Songs. Now and into May, 14 other popular country music radio stations from across the US will also give their listeners the chance to win Luxury Included® Vacations for two to attend this once-in-a-lifetime country music experience.
All performances are open to all Sandals Royal Bahamian guests; however, the first guests to book their trip to attend Story Behind the Songs, in addition to their stay, will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a special VIP LIV+ package for $150 per person. With a limited amount of 25 available, this package includes access to the red carpet VIP meet and greet with artists, preferred seating with VIP access to all performances, a limited edition event t-shirt, LIV+ Events swag and more. Sandals’ guests can choose to book the standard add-on LIV+ Package to the Story Behind the Songs event for $50 per person and receive VIP access to the official wrap party, a limited-edition event t-shirt, LIV+ Events swag and more.
