Sandals Resorts Hosts Fourth CMT ‘Story Behind The Songs’ Concert In The Bahamas With Headliners Jason Aldean and Dustin Lynch
Sandals Resorts welcomed country music fans June 13th-16th to Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, Bahamas for the resort company’s fourth Story Behind the Songs concert event, headlined by top country music artists Jason Aldean and Dustin Lynch and hosted by award-winning radio and CMT personality Cody Alan. As part of Sandals Resorts’ LIV+ Events program, which offers vacationers unique limited edition events.
Story Behind the Songs was on the stunning shores of Sandals Royal Bahamian. The four-day getaway included live country music performances with Dustin Lynch on June 14th and Jason Aldean on June 15th. The concert included backstories of each song told first-hand by the artists, from memories on the road to the inspiration behind the songs. This once in a lifetime opportunity was enjoyed by Sandals LIV+ vacationers, along with 14 lucky radio listeners who won their way to paradise by tuning into their favorite local country station or the nationwide contest on CMT After MidNite with Cody Alan and CMT Radio Live with Cody Alan.
Twelve popular country radio stations along with CMT After MidNite traded in their studios as they broadcasted their shows from Sandals Royal Bahamian, including intimate interviews with Jason Aldean and Dustin Lynch following their performances. Beyond the intimate beachside performances, the event experience also included a red carpet Meet & Greet with fans, an exclusive beach party and a special performance by the Sandals Foundation, the non-profit arm of Sandals Resorts International.
Viewers can tune in to CMT Hot 20 Countdown to see the full live performances on Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 at 9 a.m. ET/PT.
