Sandals South Coast Wins Coveted Award At The 2019 Jamaica Hospitality Awards
Sandals Resorts International (SRI) is pleased to announce that Sandals South Coast has been recognized as the Best All-Inclusive Resort with Over 300 Rooms at the 5th annual RJRGLEANER Hospitality Awards. The RJRGLEANER Hospitality Awards serve to recognize and celebrate true excellence in Jamaican tourism, and Sandals South Coast is honored to be recognized with this esteemed award.
Sandals South Coast brings unprecedented luxury to the untouched South Coast region of Jamaica and is secluded within 500 tropical acres along a pristine, two-mile beach. The European-style resort boasts a complete collection of over-the-water innovations, from Over-the-Water Bungalows to Latitudes Overwater bar and an Over-the-Water Serenity Wedding Chapel, there’s no doubt Sandals South Coast has made an exemplary contribution to the development and success of the Jamaican tourism sector. In addition to its over-the-water innovations, travelers will find nine 5-Star Global Gourmet™ dining restaurants, unlimited premium liquors, unlimited land and water sports, a Red Lane Spa and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
To be considered for this award each resort must be operating for at least a year, must have invested in refurbishing at least once per year and should have standout guest reviews. Each nominated resort is voted on by the public and their votes form a high percentage of the decision-making process. Following the voting period, a panel of judges, each one an industry professional, reviews the entries, and considers the customer service, food and beverage and accommodations for each nominee. This year, judges found Sandals South Coast to be of the highest standard within its category taking home the award for the Best All-Inclusive Resort with Over 300 Rooms.
